This phase introduces your body to cleanses to get your body calibrated and geared up to flush out abnormal fat. This involves weekly home remedies, minerals, digestive enzymes, probiotics and a few short study sessions. You will also have a few calls with our experts to help you identify potential problem areas and develop contingency plans to help you be the most successful!
Weight Taming is all about weight loss!! During this four week period we have you on a "no cheating" organic regimen involving our body support drops every morning and digestive enzymes with meals. It's during this month you'll be preparing your own meals and snacks based on a list of tasty and highly nutritious approved foods. Plan on little to no traveling and pick a time where you can opt out of most social events. The great part about this time is that you can lose anywhere from a half pound to one pound nearly EVERY day! You'll weigh every morning and have weekly phone check-ins with your coach.
This phase is designed to set your weight so that you do not gain it back. While you are Taming your monster(s) you still work closely with your coach on your personal core balancing while eating clean and reincorporating certain foods back into your diet. By completing this phase you are setting yourself up long term lasting weight loss. Not to mention your metabolism and organs will be functioning at a more optimal level. Your body will now be able to properly metabolize foods and will be able to keep the weight off.
Monster Defense is designed to educate and empower you so that you can enjoy a lifetime of health and wellness. You will continue to work with your coach on your core balancing issues while transitioning into your new way of eating and living. We'll provide you with knowledge and confidence you need to provide a strong defense against monsters and keep yours tamed.
